RE: APPRAISAL SERVICE AGREEMENT & CARDHOLDER AUTHORIZATION
Per your contractual agreement with AMC Links that you signed at the time you registered, you agreed that you would obtain a signed “Cardholder Authorization” per appraisal request. If the credit card cardholder/ borrower files a credit card charge-back AMC Links will contact you and request the signed CARDHOLDER AUTHORIZATION document. Failure to provide this signed document will make you liable for the charge-back amount. AMC Links has no choice but to require your assistance in protecting payment to the appraiser on the appraisal that you ordered. Appraisers must be paid for their services according to federal & state laws.
